摘　　要：随着Internet信息的不断增长以及XML技术的发展,RSS技术应运而生。本文介绍了RSS技术的特点,从业务流程的角度分析现有网络教学辅导模式的不足,优化了基于RSS技术的网络教学辅导流程,强调教学辅导过程中知识的有效传递与吸收,实现知识的转化,使RSS更好地为学习者服务。With unceasing growth of internet information and development of XML, RSS comes into being. The paper introduces the characteristics of RSS, analyzes the shortage of existing tutor mode of network education in terms of operation flow, optimizes the tutorship flow of network education based on RSS, emphasizes efficient knowledge delivery and absorbing during tutorship process, so as to realize the transforming of knowledge as well as RSS may serve to learners better.
