摘　　要：本文从房地产市场消费模式、社会生存方式、家庭发展模式、心理学等方面进行深入分析和思考,对中小户型住宅生命力的延续以及通过精密设计提高中小户型住宅的舒适度进行了初步的探讨。This article based on studies of consumption patterns of the real estate market, way of poputar life, change of famity structure, psychology and the problems affecting the sustainable development of small and medium sized unit, the author makes a preliminary approach to the longer vitality of small and medium sized unit and the elaborate design for better comfort of it.
