摘  要:为提高细菌Achromobacter sp.CH-1(简称为A.sp. CH-1)解毒铬渣过程中酸溶性Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出率,研究不同表面活性剂对A.sp. CH-1的生长及其解毒铬渣效果的影响;通过考察表面活性剂的加入对细菌生长、Cr(Ⅵ)还原、铬渣中Cr(Ⅵ)浸出率以及浸出体系pH值的影响,评价不同表面活性剂促进A.sp. CH-1解毒铬渣的效果。研究结果表明:加入低浓度的表面活性剂对A.sp. CH-1菌的生长及其还原Cr(Ⅵ)没有显著影响;阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、非离子型表面活性剂吐温60、吐温80都能提高A.sp. CH-1解毒铬渣的效果,其最佳用量分别为75,200和250mg/L;在此最佳用量下,铬渣中Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出率比原来分别提高约8%,9%和11%;阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)对铬渣的解毒效果没有明显提高。To improve the detoxification of chromium-containing slag by Achromobacter sp. CH-1, different types of surfactants were used to accelerate Cr(VI) leaching from the chromium-containing slag. The leaching rate of Cr(VI) and pH in the leaching solution, combined with the growth velocity and Cr(VI) reduction capability of the bacterial in different concentrations of the surfactants were used to evaluate the effects of the surfactants on the detoxification of chromium-containing slag by A. sp. CH-1. The results show that when relatively low-concentration are added to the medium, the growth and Cr(VI) reduction ability of the bacterial are equal to those when there is no surfactant in the medium. Anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS), nonionic surfaetants Tween 60 and Tween 80 can all improve the leaching rate of Cr(VI) of 8%, 9%, and 11%, respectively, with optimal dosages of 75, 200, and 250 mg/L. When the cationic surfactant dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(DTAB) is in the medium, there is no obvious influence on the detoxifcation of chromium-containing slag by A. sp. CH-1.
