摘 要:目的:观察发育中小鼠胰内的胆囊收缩素免疫阳性(CCK-IR)细胞和胰高血糖素免疫阳性(Glu-IR)细胞。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法观察胚胎11d至出生后45d小鼠胰内的CCK-IR细胞和Glu-IR细胞的发生、分布、形态和数量变化。并用免疫组织化学双重显色观察胰内CCK与Glu在同一细胞中共存的现象。结果:小鼠胚胎第12日,在早期分化的胰中出现CCK-IR细胞和Glu-IR细胞。CCK-IR细胞的数量于胚胎15d达高峰,出生后胰中仅偶见CCK-IR细胞。胚胎期Glu-IR细胞数量逐渐增加,出生1周内数量下降,而后再次显著增加。免疫组织化学双重显色小鼠胚胎期胰内可见CCK-Glu-IR细胞。结论:小鼠胰内的CCK-IR细胞可能以内分泌和旁分泌的方式刺激胰的生长、分化和发育;CCK-Glu-IR细胞可能是胰中比较原始的内分泌细胞。Objective: To observe CCK-IR ceils and Glu-IR cells in the pancreas of developing mouse. Methods: The sections of mouse pancreas from embryonic day (ED) 11 to day 45 after birth were stained with immunohistochemical SP method to show the ontogeny, distribution and morphological characteristics of CCK-IR cells and Glu-IR cells. The coexistence of CCK and Glu in pancreatic cells was observed with immunohistoehemical double staining techniques. Results: CCK-IR ceils and Glu-IR cells were found, in early differentiated mouse pancreas ED12. The CCK-IR cells were up to peak at ED15, and al- most disappeared after birth. The Glu IR cells increased gradually during the embryonic development of pancreas, decreased within the first week postnatally, and then once again increased significantly. CCK Glu-IR cells could be found in the embryonic pancreas. Conclusion: CCK-IR cells might stimulate the growth, differentiation and development of the pancreas by endocrine and paracrine. CCK Glu-IR cells might be the primitive endocrine cells in the pancreas.
