五子衍宗汤对Leber遗传性视神经病变患者线粒体膜电位的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药五子衍宗汤对Leber遗传性视神经病变(LHON)患者线粒体膜电位的影响。方法将符合要求的30例LHON患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服五子衍宗汤及辅酶Q10片,对照组口服辅酶Q10片,疗程90天。观察治疗前后患者外周血淋巴细胞线粒体膜电位的变化。结果治疗组线粒体膜电位改善,对照组线粒体膜电位未见改善。两组组间比较治疗组线粒体膜电位变化明显。结论五子衍宗汤能提高LHON患者外周血淋巴细胞线粒体膜电位。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction to mitochondrial membrane potential of patients with Leber hereditary optic neuropathy （LHON）. METHODS Thirty patients of LHON were divided into two groups according to diagnostic criteria. The treatment group was given Wuzi Yanzong Decoction and coenzyme Q10. The control group was given coenzyme Q10. The period of clinical trial was 3 months. Before and after the clinical trial, the patients＇ mitochondrial membrane potential of peripheral blood lymphocytes was tested. RESULTS Of the patients in the treatment group, the mitochondrial membrane potential was improved after 3 months＇ treatment. The effect of mitochondrial membrane potential in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group. CONCLUSIONS Wuzi Yanzong Decoction could improve the mitochondrial membrane potential of peripheral blood lymphocytes for the patients with LHON.
