摘 要:通过分析小波脊线与信号瞬时频率和瞬时幅值的关系,提出一种利用小波脊线进行旋转机械故障特征提取的新方法。针对小波脊线迭代提取算法中存在的迭代发散问题,提出一种在发散点处自适应改变迭代阈值的改进脊算法;通过仿真分析表明了该算法具有较好的抗噪特性,进而研究其在提取多分量信号小波脊线中的特性;将该方法应用于齿轮箱和滚动轴承的故障诊断中,结果表明,基于小波脊线的解调方法能有效地提取旋转机械故障振动信号的特征。A new method for extracting fault features of rotating machinery by utilizing wavelet ridge is proposed aider the analysis of the relationship between the wavelet ridge and the instantaneous frequency and instantaneous amplitude of the signal. An improved ridge algorithm which changes the iteration threshold adaptively at the divergence points is brought forward to solve the problem of iterative divergence that exists in the wavelet ridge iterative extraction algorithm. Simulation result shows that the algorithm antinoise performance. And the characteristic of extracting the wavelet ridge for the multi-component signal with the improved ridge algorithm is further investigated. The method is applied to the fault diagnosis of gearboxes and rolling bearings. The results show that this method can effectively extract the features of fault vibration signals of rotating machinery.
