摘  要:在篮球运动中关节韧带损伤时有发生,对关节交叉韧带特点进行研究将十分有助于关节韧带损伤的预防和治疗。文章介绍了运动状态下膝关节交叉韧带的生物力学特征,膝关节交叉韧带修复涉及的生物学问题,以及人工韧带在膝关节韧带损伤中的应用及其优缺点。可用于修复韧带损伤的人工韧带种类很多,如聚已烯、聚对酞酸乙二酯、碳纤维、聚酯、PDSII(Polydioxnon)、聚乳酸等,若能对其缺点进行改进,将更有利于人工韧带在韧带损伤中的应用。Joint ligament injury often occurs in basketball sports, therefore, research on characteristics of joint cruciate ligament injury is helpful for the prevention and therapy for joint ligament injury. The manuscript introduces the biomechanical characteristics of knee joint cruciate ligament in the moving state, biological problems involved in repair, as well as the application of artificial ligament in knee joint crucriate ligament injury and its advantages and disadvantages. Various kinds of artificial ligament can be used for the repair of ligament injury, such as polyhexene, poly(ethylene terephthalate), carbon fibers, polyester, polydioxnon, polylactic acid. If we can perfect the artificial ligament, it will be more beneficial to its application in repair of ligament injury.
