摘  要:由于磷酸钙骨水泥具有优良的生物活性、生物相容性、自固化能力以及易塑性,因此在修复骨缺损、骨折治疗以及骨病治疗等骨科临床中显示出良好的效果,在骨修复领域有广泛的应用前景。此外磷酸钙骨水泥在牙科、整形外科和脑外科有广泛的应用,目前磷酸钙骨水泥已成为生物医用材料领域的重点和热点之一。文章探讨了磷酸钙骨水泥的生物相容性、生物毒性及其他理化性能,研究了磷酸钙骨水泥应用现状、总结了磷酸钙骨水泥的发展前景。虽然磷酸钙骨水泥与传统骨修复材料相比已具备一定的优势,但是其基本性能与临床要求之间仍有一定差距,因此进一步改进其基本性能成为磷酸钙骨水泥研究的重点。Calcium phosphate cement (CPC) is characterized by excellent biological activity, biocompatibility, self-setting and facility to be shaped. Therefore, it shows good effect on clinical application of orthopaedics. In addition, CPC has wide application in dentistry, reconstructive surgery, as well as cerebral surgery. The study of CPC has become one of the hot topics in the biomedical materials field. This paper explores the biocompatibility, biological toxicity, and other physicochemical properties, studies the application status, and summarizes development trends of CPC. Though CPC has superiority to traditional bone repair materials, there still existed a big gap with clinical requirement, accordingly, how to improve the basic characteristics of CPC has become the focus in research.
