摘 要:随着热疗工程学及热疗生物学的不断发展完善,微波热疗的治疗效果将得到显著提高。目前微波热疗技术尚未成为常规治疗方案,究其原因是某些关键技术和核心问题没有得到合理解决和完善。微波热疗中的关键技术包括热剂量规划、天线设计、术中温度测量、影像引导下的温度实时监控和术后疗效评估。由于个体差异性,比吸收率目前还没有准确值。血管传热带走部分热量从而削弱热疗的疗效,因此比吸收率和血管传热将是微波热疗中研究的热点问题。With the development of hyperthermia engineering science and biology, the microwave therapeutic outcome will be significantly enhanced. Currently, microwave hyperthermia has not yet become one conventional way, because there are some key technologies and core issues which have not been rationally solved and consummated. Key technologies in microwave therapy include thermal dose planning, antenna designing, intraoperative temperature measurement, image-guided temperature real-time monitoring and postoperative treatment evaluation. Owing to individual difference, the value of specific absorbed fraction has not been defined. Thermal transfer by vessel dissipates part of heat amount, which leads to impair therapeutic effect of hyperthermia. Therefore, heat transfer of blood vessel and specific absorbed fraction would be key issues for studying microwave therapy.
