摘 要:目的观察紫花地丁对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureaus,MRSA)耐药质粒的消除作用,探寻逆转MRSA抗药性的新方法。方法将紫花地丁注射液亚抑菌浓度与携带耐药质粒的MRSA作用24h,然后影印培养,计数消除子数。结果紫花地丁和空白对照组耐药质粒的消除率分别为46.21%和0.69%,两组的消除率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论紫花地丁具有消除MRSA耐药质粒的作用。Objective To observe the elimination effect of Viola yedoensis Makino on plasmid in methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureaus(MRSA) and explore the new method of reversing the resistance in MRSA. Methods After subminimum inhibitory concentration(sub-MIC) of Viola yedoensis Makino injection treated MRSA bearing resistant plasmid for 24 h. Replicaplating and counting of colonies resisting to antibiotics were carried out. Results The elimination rate of resistant plasmid of Viola yedoensis Makino and the comparative group without medicine was 46.21% and 0.69%, respectively. The difference of elimination rate between two groups was significant statistically ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Viola yedoensis Makino has the elimination effect on resistant plasmid in MRSA.
