摘　　要：基于采用Unity-Quantum系列PLC对宝钢电厂输煤控制系统升级改造项目,介绍了燃煤电厂输煤控制系统的控制原则和网络拓扑结构,并利用最基本的IEC编程模块,建立针对皮带电机的手操器模板。阐述了宝钢电厂输煤控制系统升级改造后所具有的特点,包括上位机Intouch软件的应用和Unitypro高级编程软件的优点以及基于手操模板实现的输煤控制系统功能改进,同时为电厂其他辅助控制系统的改造提供参考。The coal conveying control system in Baosteel Power Plant was upgraded using PLC （ Unity-Quantum series）. The design principle and network topological structure of the coal conveying control system are introduced. The operator model for the belt motor was established based on the IEC programming module. All the characteristics of the upgraded system are expounded, including the application of Intouch software for the master computer, strong points of the advanced Unitypro software, and the function improvement of the system based on the operator model. It provides reference for the upgrading of the power plant＇ s other auxiliary control systems.
