摘 要:从弹塑性弯曲理论出发,以压力矫直过程中载荷—挠度模型为基础,推导出了压力矫直行程与钢管初始弯曲量的关系式。为了弥补简化假设带来的误差,引入了修正量b0,并用生产数据对压力矫直行程的关系式进行回归分析,得出了压力矫直行程的计算公式。结果表明,压力矫直行程与两支点的间距、材料的屈服强度正相关,与钢管的外径、弹性模量负相关。应用该公式可快速计算出钢管的压力矫直行程,有效提高钢管的压力矫直效率,减少重复劳动。Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory and the load-deflection model of the press straightening process, the relation between the press straightening stroke and the initial bending of the steel tube was deduced. The correction b0 was brought in and the regression analysis was used to make up the error caused by the simplified assumption, using the production data. The formula of the press straightening stroke was then established. The results show that the press straightening stroke was positively correlated with the distance of the two fulcrums and the yield strength of the materials, and negatively correlated with the external diameter of the steel tube and the modulus of elasticity. With this formula, the press straightening stroke can be quickly calculated, and then the efficiency of the press straightening process can be effectively improved and the repeated work can be reduced.
