摘　　要：目的探讨局部封闭防治妇科手术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效.方法对104例在我院接受妇科手术后切口出现脂肪液化的患者进行局部封闭和(或)微波照射治疗,治疗组和对照组各52例,治疗组进行切口封闭加微波照射理疗,对照组仅选择微波照射理疗,对结果进行回顾性分析.结果治疗组50例切口Ⅰ期愈合,2例发生切口部分裂开行Ⅱ期缝合;对照组43例Ⅰ期愈合,9例发生切口部分及全部裂开行Ⅱ期缝合,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论局部封闭防治术后切口脂肪液化疗效显著,可促进切口愈合;减轻患者痛苦;缩短住院时间;降低住院费用;值得临床推广.Objective To evaluate the effect of local block therapy on liquefied fat after gynecological operation. Methods 104 cases with liquefied fat after gynecological operation accepted local block therapy and/or mircrowave therapy. Each group included 52 cases. The treated group accepted local block therapy and mircrowave therapy, the matched group only accepted mircrowave therapy. Results In treated group, 50 cases were primary healing and 2 cases occurred disruption of wound. In matched group, 43 cases was primary healing and 9 cases occurred disruption of wound. Disruption of wound in treated group was significantly lower than that in matched group. Conclusion Local block therapy shows explicit effect in liquefied fat, and has good value to spread.
