Treatment of Acromioclavicular Dislocation and Distal Clavicular Fracture with AO Clavicular Hook Plate

摘　　要：目的:探讨AO锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对2001年5月-2006年10月28例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和30例NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者均采用AO锁骨钩钢板治疗。结果:所有患者得到随访,随访8～42个月,平均21个月。所有患者均获得良好复位和固定,X线片未见肩锁关节半脱位,无内固定松动或断裂,肩关节功能恢复良好。结论:AO锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折具有手术操作简便、内固定牢固、可早期活动等优点,是一种良好的方法。Objective：To study the clinical effects of AO clavicular hook plate in the treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint （Tossy Ⅲ ） and fracture of distal clavicle（Neer Ⅱ ）. Methods： From may 2001 to October 2004,58 patients with dislocation of acromioclavicular joint （Tossy Ⅲ ） and fracture of distal clavicle（Neer Ⅱ ） were treated with AO clavicular hook plate and were followed up. 28 suffered from dislocation of acromioclavieulr ioint, 30 suffered from distal clavicular fractures. Results： 58 patients were followed up from 8 to 42 months after operations （averaging 21 months）. All patients got good reduction and fixation. The acromioclavieular joint subluxation, breakage, and loosening of the clavicular hook plate were not observed. The acromioclavicular joint recovered quickly. Conclusions： AO clavicular hook plate is a good choice for acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicular fracture because it is easy to handle, provides stable fixation and allows early mobilization.
