摘 要:焊接后后热处理是一种新的降低焊接残余应力的技术,试验采用了焊接后后热处理的方法,对三块Q235试板采用相同的焊接参数分别进行室温正常焊接,300℃,500℃预热焊接并进行焊后保温,然后在用小盲孔法测量焊接残余应力。我们通过对所得数据分析后,发现进行后热处理的试板焊接残余应力大大的降低了,并且后热处理的温度越高,焊接残余应力降低的幅度越大。试验证明焊接后后热处理能够有效的降低焊接残余应力,提高焊接的性能。Post heat treatment after welding is one kind of new technology reduces the welding residual stress. We made three steel sheets of Q235 welded on the room temperature,300 centigrade de- gree and 500 centigrade degree respectively in the same welding parameter,and the last two keep them warm by themselves after welding. Then used the small blind hole law to measure welding residual stress. After the analysis of the data,we found that Post Heat Treatment after Welding can efficiently decline the welding residual stresses of metal. And the heat treatment temperature is higher,the scope of welding residual stress reduced is bigger. The experiment has proven that Post Heat Treatment after Welding can efficiently reduce the welding residual stress, and enhance the performance of the welding.
