摘  要:针对电机尤其是泵电机的实时监控与保护,研究开发了电机智能监控系统。系统以具有丰富外围功能模块的PIC16F876单片机为核心,结合相应信号采集模块、显示模块和执行模块,实时检测电机的各项运行参数:相电流、相电压、轴功率。提出基于对称分量法的正、负和零序分量保护判据及具体实现条件,以实现在故障发生时系统发出报警或跳闸动作;通过监控泵电机轴功率完成泵的欠过载保护。模拟负载实验证明了该系统的可行性。An intelligent monitor system was researched and developed for motor,especially pump motor so as to monitor and protect them in real time.The system based on PIC16F876 with rich external function modules, integrating with corresponding signal acquisition module, display module and implement module,monitors various operating parameters of the motor such as phase voltage,phase current,and shaft power. It use symmetrical weight method to propose various protect criterias and specific conditions on the basis of positive,negative and zero-sequence component.The system issue a warning or shutdown signal when the motor is failure. To achieve the goal of protecting the pump ,the idea of monitoring the shaft power of the pump motor is also propose.The feasibility of the system have been tested on the simulation experiment.
