摘　　要：针对大型机械设备状态监测的需求,开发了一种基于嵌入式计算机技术的远程终端装置。装置采用ARM9硬件架构;自带的恒流源为传感器提供激励,可以直接连接内置电路的压电晶体加速度传感器和热电阻温度传感器,采集设备关键部位的振动和温度信号;采集的数据经过计算机网络传送到监测中心进行分析处理,实时监测设备状态。以油库中多组输油泵为应用实例,采用基于嵌入式技术的监测装置比传统的监测手段降低了成本,提高了精度、灵活性和可靠性。A remote terminal monitoring system based on embedded computing technology and specialized for status monitoring of large mechanical equipment is developed. Hardware system of this device adopts ARM9 framework. A self-carrying constant current source on the device is used as an inspirator. The monitoring device can connect the inner integrated circuit piezoelectricity sensor and temperature sensor directly,which collect the vibration signal and the temperature signal of key parts. The collecting data is transmitted to the monitoring center by network. This device can monitor the equipment status real time. As an application example ,it can monitor multi-group oil pumps in an oil house. ,which reduce costs and increase precision,flexibility and reliability compared with the traditional monitoring technics.
