广东省二级生物安全实验室情况调查与初步分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省各级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)和医疗机构二级生物安全实验室现状,为进一步加强和规范广东省生物安全实验室管理提供依据。方法设计《生物安全实验室状况调查表》,对来自全省74家疾病预防控制中心和183家医疗机构的生物安全实验室管理和技术人员进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果广东省大多数二级实验室在管理制度、硬件设备、人员安全意识等方面与生物安全管理的要求尚有一定差距;疾病预防控制中心的二级生物安全实验室整体状况优于医疗机构。结论广东省医疗机构和疾病预防控制中心的二级生物安全实验室现状总体需要改善。今后应尽快制订适合我省实际情况的管理办法和管理准则,使医疗卫生机构普遍树立实验室生物安全的主动防护意识,完善实验室基础建设,加强监督力度,建立健全实验室生物安全的管理体系。Objective The purpose is to provide information to improve the management of the biosafety laboratories. Method The questionnaire was made and the survey was conducted and analyzed, which covered staffs from 74 CDCs and 183 medical institutions. Result Disparity was shown when concerning the issues of management system, hardware facilities, and professional awareness of security. BSLs of CDCs were better than medical institutions in the overall situation. Conclusion The overall circumstance of BSLs needs refinement, In order to set up an active knowhow among the staffs, refine the fundamental facilities, enhance the monitoring abilities and finally establish a sound BSL managing system, the related practice and rules must be formulated as soon as possible.
