神经胶质瘤术后三维适形放射治疗技术及近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析三维适形放射治疗和调强适形放射治疗对神经胶质瘤的近期疗效。方法28例神经胶质瘤给予术后三维适形放射治疗或调强放射治疗(WHO分级Ⅰ级2例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级15例,Ⅳ级3例)。治疗剂量50～66Gy/25～30次/5～6周。中位随访10个月(5～18个月)。结果28例患者WHOⅠ级1年无瘤生存率100%,Ⅱ级87.5%,Ⅲ级73%,Ⅳ级33%。结论三维适形放射治疗对脑胶质瘤术后患者1年局部控制率较高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of postoperative three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3D - CRT） and intensity modulated radiotherapy（IMRT） for gliomas. Methods 28 cases with gliomas received postoperative 3D - CRT or IMRT. According to WHO classification system,there were 2 cases with grade Ⅰ ,8 cases with grade Ⅱ , 15 cases with grade Ⅲ ,3 cases with grade Ⅳ. The total prescription dose was 50 - 66Gy/25 - 30fraction/5 - 6weeks. The median time of follow - up was 10 months （5 - 18months）. Results The 1 - year survival rate without tumor was 100% for cases with grade Ⅰ ,87.5% for grade Ⅱ ,76% for grade Ⅲ, 33.3% for grade Ⅳ. Conclusion 3D - CRT or IMRT may lead to higher survival in 1 - year.
