摘　　要：目的探讨两种半导体激光波长的差异对临床应用手术种类的影响。方法对行810 nm镓铝砷激光/980 nm铟镓砷激光手术794例的激光参数记录,根据手术种类分类整理,进行统计分析。结果镓铝砷半导体激光对于各项治疗的平均功率高于铟镓砷半导体激光,其中咽喉肿物气化、尿道狭窄疏通、咽成型、血管瘤凝固和多囊卵巢打孔差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论两种半导体激光波长差异对手术类型的影响仅在使用的平均功率方面比较明显。手术种类对此两种激光照射的平均时间及平均能量的影响则无规律可循。Objective To investigate the laser wavelength affection on type of operations. Methods The type of operation for 794 cases with different diode laser was compared and data were analyzed statistically. Results The average power for investigated type of operation was less in InGaAs laser compared with GaA1As laser. There was statisti- cal significant difference between two groups for throat lump vaporization, urethrostenosis relaxation, uvula exaction, hemangioma coag- ulation and laparoscopic oophorostomy （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The laser wavelength may affect the laser power setting for different type of operation. However, no regularity is found in exposed time and used energy.
