摘  要:采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了四硼酸钾在水介质中的极压抗磨性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDX)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了磨斑表面形貌、元素分布特征和化学状态。结果表明,四硼酸钾对提高水的极压性能效果十分突出,对改善抗磨性能效果一般。极压条件下四硼酸钾水溶液的磨斑表面擦伤小,硼含量高,并在摩擦表面形成了具有良好极压抗磨作用的以B2O3,Fe3O4和Fe2O3等为主要成分的摩擦氧化物膜。The extreme pressure and antiwear performances of potassium borate in water were evaluated on four-ball friction testers. The topographies, element distribution and chemical characterictics of the worn surfaces were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersion of X ray (EDX) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope (XPS). The results indicate that potassium borate possesses very excellent extreme pressure and good antiwear capacities in water. The topography of worn surfaces lubricated with water containing potassium borate under severe friction conditions is much smoother than that under mild conditions, as can be attributed to the formation on friction sur- faces of a tribochemical film mainly composed of oxides of boron and iron.
