摘 要:目的探讨血管回声跟踪(echotracking,ET)技术定量评价兔动脉粥样硬化(arteriosclerosis,AS)过程中弹性改变的准确性和应用价值。 方法应用ET技术分别获取新西兰白兔AS造模前及造模4、8及12周末颈总动脉的弹性参数,并结合其病理改变分析各弹性参数在AS各阶段的变化情况。 结果血管压力-应变弹性系数于造模4周末即较基础状态显著增高(P〈0.01),僵硬度于8周末高于基础状态(P〈0.01)。动脉收缩期和舒张期内径、动脉顺应性均于12周末与对照组基础状态呈现显著变化(P〈0.05、0.01),反射波增强指数始终变化不明显。 结论ET技术能准确获取AS发生、发展过程中的弹性参数;血管压力-应变弹性系数和僵硬度是评价动脉弹性较为敏感的指标。Objective To determine the accuracy and application value of blood vessel echo-tracking (ET) technique in quantitative evaluation of arterial elasticity of rabbits in the course of atherosclerosis (AS). Methods With ET technique, the elastic parameters of common carotids were obtained in New Zealand white rabbits before and after AS modeling at the end of the 4th, the 8th and the 12th weekends respectively, and the variation of these parameters at different AS stages was analyzed in combination with the pathological changes. Results At the 4th weekend of AS,the pressure-strain elastic coefficient showed significant increase compared with baseline (P〈0.01) ; at the 8th weekend, the stiffness was higher than the baseline (P〈0.01) ; at the 12tb weekend,the internal diameter and the arterial corn pliance of common carotid showed an obvious change compared with baseline (P〈0. 05,0. 01). However, no significant change was found with the argumentation index of reflected wave. Conclusions The use of ET technique can evaluate the changes of elastic parameters of arteries accurately in the process of AS and the pressure-strain elastic coefficient and stiffness level of blood vessel are more sensitive than other parameters to evaluate the arterial elasticity.
