摘 要:目的应用二尖瓣环自动追踪技术评价左心室心尖摆动,从而评价收缩功能对冠心病患者左室心尖摆动的影响。 方法冠心病患者133例,健康志愿者47例。以左室射血分数是否小于50%将冠心病患者分为2组,取心尖四腔心,应用二尖瓣环自动追踪技术模式测量心尖角度改变最大值、最小值及角度差。采用成组t检验比较冠心病患者与正常组有无差异。 结果收缩功能正常冠心病患者心尖角度最大值、最小值及角度差与正常组无明显差异。收缩功能减低冠心病患者心尖角度最大值及角度差较正常组增加。 结论二尖瓣环自动追踪技术可以敏感发现收缩功能异常对冠心病患者心尖运动的影响,为评价左室运动异常提供了一种新的简便方法。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical application of automated mitral annular tracking for assessing ventricular apex movement effected by left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods Apex-max angle, Apex-min angle and angle difference between Apexmax and Apex-min was detected using automated mitral annular tracking. The patients with coronary artery disease were divided into two groups depending on left ventricular ejection fraction. Student test was used for the analysis of differences within the variations. Results Apex-max angle, apex-min angle and the angle difference between Apex max and Apex minhad no difference between patients with normal systolic function coronary heart disease and normal subjects. Apex-max angle and the angle difference was signifficently different in patients with abnormal systolic function coronary heart disease, compared with normal subjects. Conclusions Automated mitral annular tracking can early detect ventricular apex movement effected by left ventrieular systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.
