摘  要:近年来,2μm波段的光纤激光器由于在测高、测距、大气遥感等方面具有重要的应用前景而引起了广泛关注。光纤激光器以其耦合效率高、散热好、转换效率高、阈值低、光束质量好和窄线宽等优点在激光领域中占据了重要的地位。介绍了实现2μm激光输出的3个基本条件,并分别介绍了单掺Tm3+与Tm3+,Ho3+共掺2μm光纤态激光器的发展状况,指出掺Tm3+光纤激光器2μm连续激光输出能量应该还有很大的提升空间,在脉冲输出方面,Tm3+、Ho3+共掺激光器是一个今后研究的热点。Recently, fiber lasers in the 2 μm region have attracted considerable attention because of their potential applications in altimetric measurement, ranging measurement and atmospheric remote sensing.Fiber lasers occupy an important position in the laser field because of its high coupling efficiency, good heat dissipation ,high transfer efficiency ,low threshold ,good beam quality, narrow linewidth and so on. Three elements to realize 2 μm laser output were introduced.The development of 2 μm Tm^3+ fiber lasers and Tm^3+ fiber lasers coped with Ho^3+ were summarized separately. It indicates that the output power of the Tm^3+ fiber lasers can be improved greatly, and Tm-Ho co-doped fiber lasers will be one of the hotspots in the area of 2 μm lasers.
