消化内镜下激光疗多种胃肠道病变

摘　　要：目的探讨消化内镜下应用钬-钕二合一激光治疗多种胃肠道病变的效果。方法消化内镜下钬-钕二合一激光治疗胃肠道息肉、肿瘤及吻合口狭窄等病变共计87例,114次。结果胃肠道息肉57例,平均1.16次(1～6次)。胃肠道癌肿8例,行姑息性烧灼性治疗,平均2.25次(1～6次)。胃肠道恶性肿瘤根治术后疤痕狭窄6例,平均2.5次(1～4次),1例无效。胃黄斑瘤5例,食管胃黏膜异位4例,胃黏膜脱垂4例,胃脂肪瘤2例,食管蹼1例均1次治愈。总有效率98.9%。并发症:87例中,1例肠穿孔,1例腹痛、低热,发生率2.29%。结论消化内镜下钬-钕二合一激光治疗胃肠道病变安全有效。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of Ho-Nd Laser under gastroscopy and colonoscopy in the treatment of ailment of alimentary tract.MethodsEighty-seven patients（one hundred and fourteen cases） with variety of ailments of alimentary tract, including gastric or colonic polyps, tumor, stricture of scar and so on, were treated by using Ho-Nd Laser under gastroscopy and colonoscopy.ResultsFifty-seven cases with several kinds of polyps, undergoing 1.16 times treatment on an average （1-6 times ）, the appeasement therapy was effective in eight cases with obstruction induced by neoplasm, undergoing 2.25 times treatment on an average （1-6 times）. There was a good response in five of six cases postoperative stricture, undergoing 2.5 times treatment on an average （1 -4 times）. Four cases with ectopic gastric mucosa in esophagus, five cases with gastric xanthelasma, four cases with gastric mucosa prolapse, two cases with gastric lipoma and one case with esophageal web were cured in once treat-ment only. The total efficiency was 98.9%. Postoperative complications occurred in 2 cases that were colon perfora-tion in 1, abdominal pain and fever in 1, the incidence of complications was 2.29%. ConclusionThese prelimi-nary results showed that Ho-Nd Laser under gastroscopy and colonoscopy was not only a safe but also an effective method in treating ailment of alimentary tract.
