动态喉镜下钬激光治疗声带病变128例临床分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析128例动态喉镜下钬激光治疗声带病变的临床及手术效果,探讨声带病变的治疗方式。方法该院1998～2007年收治声带病变患者128例,其中声带息肉和小结87例,声带乳头状瘤18例,声带白斑13例,声带淀粉样变8例,声带不典型增生2例。均在局部麻醉下行动态喉镜下钬激光治疗。结果痊愈者117例(91.4%),好转者11例(8.6%),均无明显声带损伤。结论动态喉镜下钬激光术是治疗声带病变安全有效的方法之一。[Objective] To retrospectively analyze the clinical findings and surgery result of dynamic laryngo- scope HO.YAG laser to treat vocal cord pathological change in 128 cases. To discuss the therapy methods for vocal cord pathological change.[Method] During the period between 1998 and 2007, 128 patients suffered vocal cord pathological change, including polyp of cord and vocal nodule 87 cases, vocal papillary epithelioma 18 cases, vocal leukasmus 13 cases, vocal amyloidosis 8 cases, vocal atypical hyperplasia 2 cases. 128 patients were treated in local anesthesia by HO.YAG laser. [Result] The operation wasn＇t vocal injury on all the patients with 117 cases cured, llcases effective. [Conclusion] The operation of dynamic laryngoscope HO.YAG laser is an efficient and safe method for the treatment of cord pathological change.
