摘  要:对酸性、中性和碱性中间包覆盖剂吸收的Al_2O_3前后的理化性能进行了测定。由实验结果分析表明:在本实验条件下碱性中间包覆盖剂吸收Al_2O_3夹杂的能力高于酸性和中性中间包覆盖剂。吸收Al_2O_3后,碱性中间包覆盖剂的熔化温度和表面张力降低,酸性和中性中间包覆盖剂的熔化温度和表面张力增大,碱性中间包覆盖剂中Al_2O_3含量的增加率高于酸性和中性中间包覆盖剂。The physicochemical properties of acid, neutral and basic tundish covering flux were measured after and before absorbing Al2O3 respectively. The results showed that ability of Al2O3 inclusion absorptivity of basic tundish covering flux was better than acid and neutral tundish covering flux. After absorbingAl2O3, the rate of increasing Al2O3 content of basic tundish covering flux was more than acid and neutral tundish covering flux, the melting temperature and surface tension of acid and neutral tundish covering flux were increased, but the basic tundish covering flux were obviously decreased.
