摘　　要：探讨细纱机牵伸摇架的性能,阐述了细纱机牵伸摇架的作用及分类,介绍了我国摇架行业标准,分析了各种细纱机摇架的主要性能特点。对影响摇架性能的"三线平行度"和压力偏差进行了抽样测试分析。指出:摇架是细纱牵伸装置的关键性、基础性专件之一,摇架质量水平与成纱质量水平紧密相关。当前国产摇架质量还不能完全满足日益提高的纺纱质量要求。应适当提高标准,推行名牌战略,优化工艺设计、提高专件制造精度,通过精心调整、正确使用,使摇架在提高纺纱质量上发挥更大作用。Property of spinning frame draft cradle was discussed. Function and catalogue of spinning frame cradle were introduced. Domestic cradle industry standard were introduced and main property of each kinds spinning frame cradle were analysed, Parallelization between three rollers and front bottom roller and pressure deviation were tested and analysed by sample. It is pointed out that cradle is one of the important and basic components, the relationship between cradle quality and yarn quality level is very closed. Modern domestic cradle quality still could not satisfy increasing yarn quality requirements fully. The standard should be increased, brand strategy should be carried out, processing design should be optimized,components manufacture precision should be improved, through careful adjustment and correct using, yarn quality should be improved by make full use cradle.
