摘　　要：为了用好落麻,降低原料成本,提高其可纺性,针对落麻长度差异性大,超长纤维多,抱合力差的特点,对清、梳、并、粗、细各工序进行了工艺参数的调整和优化,解决了梳棉成网、成条困难,粗纱机机后易断头,细纱易出"硬头"以及生产效率低等问题,成功地利用落麻生产出了麻棉混纺粗号纱。To use ramie noil well,reduce raw material cost and increase spinnability,according to ramie noil property such as larger length difference, more super long fibre,worse cohesion et al,processing parameter were adjusted and optimized in cleaning, carding, drawing, roving and spinning process respectively. Problems could be resolved such as harder for web and sliver formation in carding process, easier breaking ends in back zone of roving machine, more slub in spinning and lower productivity et al,finally ramie cotton blended coarse yarn could be produced successfully by ramie noil.
