摘　　要：总结UsterUSG自调匀整系统的维护要点。介绍了UsterUSG自调匀整系统功能,并对其生产过程中易发生的FP传感器损坏、T&G罗拉咬合不平行、T&G罗拉轴承损坏、T&G罗拉轴弯曲变形、位移传感器检测头弯曲问题进行了分析,提出用好USG自调匀整系统必须由电器、设备、工艺三方面结合完成,USG自调匀整系统故障易发部位在T&G罗拉和FP传感器,应对其进行重点维护。Key points of maintaining Uster USG autolevel system were summarized. Functions of Uster USG autolevel system were introduced,problems in production were analysed including FP sensor injury,T＆G roller biting unparallel,T＆G roller bearing injury,T＆G roller axis bending deformation,position transducer detector bending,it is pointed out that appliance,equipment and processing should be combined to make full use USG autolevel system. The system fault parts are T＆G roller and FP sensor,which should be maintained well.
