摘　　要：总结№21C型络筒机在使用过程中的常见问题及解决方法。通过分析捻接失误率过高、退绕不良、筒管飞脱、突发性纱疵的产生原因,提出了这些问题的具体解决措施,并指出:通过有效控制络筒机常见问题,优化清纱工艺参数、加强清洁工作、合理控制温湿度,可以达到挖掘自动络筒机潜能,提高劳动效率和产品质量的目的。Common problems and resolving measures of N021C winder were summarized. Through analysing causes of higher twist-in failure rate ,worse unwinding ,bobbin flying and abrupt yarn defects, the corresponding resolving measures were put forward. It is pointed out that through control winder common problems effectively, optimizing cleating yarn processing,strengthening clearing, controlling temperature and humidity rationally, auto winder potential could be utilized, labor efficiency and product quality could be improved.
