摘  要:随着世界经济的发展,对清洁能源的需求,尤其对氢气特别是高纯氢气的需求越来越大。氯碱工业副产氢气量很大,对氯碱厂副产的氢气进行分离提纯,开发了制取高纯氢气的新工艺。通过分层装填不同性能的吸附剂,保证在同一台设备中同时除去多种杂质气。采用变温和变压相结合的再生工艺,优化了吸附剂的再生效果。在吸附剂再生过程中,分段加热吸附剂,既保证了再生效果,又减少了再生气的用量。实验表明,此工艺的运用能大大提高副产氢气的分离效率,所得产品氢气的体积分数可达到99.999%以上。With the development of world economy, demand for clean energy, especially high purity hydrogen, is increasing rapidly. In chlor alkali industry there are much byproduct hydrogen. A new process for the preparation of high purity hydrogen has been developed by separating and purifying byproduct hydrogen from chlor-alkali plants. Adsorbents with different properties were filled in classification to ensure that various impurity gases could he got rid of in one vessel at one time. Combination of temperature swing adsorption ( TSA ) and pressure swing adsorption ( PSA ) was adopted in regeneration process to optimize the regeneration effect of adsorbents. During the process of adsorbents regeneration,adsorbents were heated step by step,which not only guaranteed a good regeneration effect,but also reduced the consumption amount of regenerated gas. Experiment results showed a higher separation efficiency for bypdroduct hydrogen has been obtained by applying this new process and the purity of product hydrogen could reach more than 99. 999% (volume fraction).
