徐州市失地农民心理敌对因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解失地农民心理健康状况,重点观察其心理敌对因素,为制定失地农民的相关政策提供决策依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法对江苏省徐州市金山桥社区、茶棚社区各一个居委会的失地农民进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷1 070份。结果失地农民心理健康问题严重,其中471人心理异常,361人的敌对因素异常,中青年、健康状况差、不能得到家人的帮助、对政府补助政策不满是主要的危险因素。结论政府在重视完善社会保障制度、医疗保险制度以及社会支持系统的同时,要注意失地农民的心理健康疏导教育,进行针对个体的心理咨询与治疗,以维护社会的稳定和谐发展。Objective To investigate mental health status of farmers losing farmland because of urbanization, especially on their hostility. Methods Two communities of Xuzhou city were randomly selected by stralgied cluster sampling method. The farmers were investigated by the trained investigors with questionnaire. Results The total number of the valid sampies was 1 070. 471 participants showed psychological abnormality ;361 were with abnormal hostile elements. Young or middle - age, poor health status, without the help of family members, dissatisfied with the government subsidy policy were major risk factors for mental health problems among the subjects. Conclusion In order to keep a stable and harmonious pace of the socitey, the government should make effort to set up social security system, foundational medical system and social support system.
