摘　　要：目的探讨不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）儿童的个性特征及影响因素。方法根据美国《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第4版（DSM-IV）诊断标准将190例7-12岁ADHD患儿分为3个亚型,采用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）对不同亚型ADHD患儿进行个性特征分析。结果ADHD患儿男女之比为1∶0.397,性别差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;不同亚型ADHD患儿EPQ各维度量表T分比较,情绪稳定性量表T分在3个亚型间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;混合型（CT型）患儿情绪不稳定、缺乏掩饰性的构成人数（46%,42%）大于注意缺陷为主型（PI型）（33%,24%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或〈0.05）。结论CT型患儿情绪不稳定、缺乏掩饰性的个性特征明显,提示应根据不同亚型患儿个性特征制定更有针对性的心理治疗方案。Objective To understand the personality characteristics in children with different subtypes of atention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD） and its influencing factors. Methods One hundred and ninety children aged 7 - 12 years with ADHD were divided into 3 subtypes according to DSM-IV. The personality characteristics in different subtypes ADHD children was analyzed with EPQ and absence of personality concealing. Results The sex ratio（boys/girls） was 1：0. 397 （P 〈0. 01）. There was a difference in N scores for 3 subtypes ADHD children （P 〈0. 05）. The proportion of instability and absence of personality concealing in CT subtype children was 46% and 42%, respectively, with significant differences（ P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05） compared with that of in IP subtype （33% ,24% ）. Conclusion CT subtype children have emotion instability and absence of personality concealing. More specific psychological treatment should be applied to children patient with different persondity characteristics.
