止嗽汤治疗喉源性咳嗽52例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟止嗽汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法:将92例患者分为治疗组52例,服用自拟止嗽汤治疗;对照组40例,服用奥亭治疗。两组均观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率92.3%,对照组总有效率75%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟止嗽汤治疗喉源性咳嗽有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhisou decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods： A total of 92 cases were divided into experimental group （52 cases） and control group （40 cases） . Patients in expermental group were treated with Zhisou decoction, while patients in control group were treated with Aoting （Cofetol Cough Syrup） . Clinical effects in the two groups were observed for two courses.Results： The total effective rate in experimental group and control group was 92.3% and 75% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion： Zhisou decoction has better therapeutic effect to laryngeal cough.
