摘 要:随着计算机技术的发展,水泵选型软件的开发与应用也迅速兴起,然而其缺陷也日益明显,其中最主要原因是选型软件本身所采用的选型方法不合理。水泵选型程序的选型参数控制是水泵选型软件的核心部分,它直接关系到选型是否合理,所选出的水泵是否满足实际工程需要。分析了目前水泵选型软件的一般选型方法存在的误区,从效率最高和满足用户要求的选泵原则出发,探讨水泵选型软件的合理选型参数控制方法。并在此基础上分别论述水泵并联和调速运行时水泵软件选型的合理方法。针对不同用途,不同水力系统,应该开发专用的水泵选型软件。With the development of computer technology, the development and application of pump-type selection sottware are develo ping rapidly. However, its shortage is gradually obvious. The main reason is that the pump-type selection method of the software is unreasonable. The pump-type selection parameter control is the core of the software, which is directly related to the rationality of the selection result. The misuse of pump-type selection method of the present software is analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, started from the pump-type selection principle of high efficiency and satisfaction of user, the rational pump-type selection parameter control method of the software is discussed. Based on it, the rational pump-type selection methods for parallel or speed regulation operation are also discussed. In the end, it is pointed out that different pump-type selection software should be developed according to different use and pumping system.
