摘  要:提出一种新型的光子晶体波长可调滤波器,其结构是以液晶作为缺陷物质,引入到由三种折射率不同的介质周期排列构成的一维光子晶体中去。运用传输矩阵法和液晶的琼斯矩阵得出了晶体的光谱透过率公式,综合分析了液晶的双折射性、液晶厚度、复周期光子晶体周期数及相邻介质厚度增量等参数对波长可调谐滤波器的滤波性能的影响。结果表明,所设计的光可调滤波器的中心波长可随缺陷层相邻介质厚度增量在1550 nm、1330nm等位置灵活可调,且具有30 nm以上的调谐范围。A new tunable photonic crystal filter was proposed based on the three-cell complex-period photonic crystals with liquid crystal as defect films. The spectrum transmission was obtained by using the transfer matrix method and liquid crystal Jones' Matrix. The effect of liquid crystal material parameters, including birefringence and thickness of liquid crystal, period number of the complex-period photonic crystal, and adjacent medium thickness increment, on tunable filter transmission spectrum was synthetically analyzed. The results show that the center wavelength of the filter can be changed flexibly at 1550 nm and 1330 nm by the thickness increment of the adjacent medium behind the liquid crystal, and the tuning range of the filter is more than 30 nm.
