摘　　要：对国内外转基因检测技术中核酸检测方法的最新研究进展进行综述,对热不对称交结PCR、环等温介导技术、基于寡核苷酸修饰的胶体金的生物条形码分析等进行介绍。检测中需要考虑的问题有DNA的降解等,这将对检测结果造成一定的影响。To include the newly study of detection methods of genetically modified organism and introduce thermal asymmetric interlaced PCR, the real-time loop-mediated isothermal amplification and a bio bar code assay based on oligonucleotide-modified gold nanoparticles, and so on. The degradation of genomic DNA should considered in the detection, which could influence the results.
