尿毒康灌肠液对慢性肾衰竭治疗作用的机理探析

摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭(CRF)是严重危害人类健康和生命的临床常见病之一,预后极差。我们根据中医学"内病外治"的整体观念及"六腑以通为用,以降为顺"的理论并结合"结肠透析"的原理,采用中药尿毒康灌肠液保留灌肠治疗CRF,通过药液和结肠充分接触,在结肠溶解吸收并经门静脉和下腔静脉进入血液循环,以泻浊排毒,疏通经脉,达到排泄毒素的目的。Chronic renal failure （CRF） was one of clinical common diseases which was seriously harmful to human health and lives and the prognosis was too bad. According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory ＂outside internal illness governs＂, the concept of wholism, the theory of ＂the six hollow viscera must keep its unobstructed, governs decomposition＂ and the principle of sequential colon dialysis. We used the method of retention enema by Niaodukang Enema in treatment of chronic renal failure. By full contact with medicine liquid and colon, the medicine liquid was dissolved and absorbed in colon, then went into the blood circulation by portal vein and inferior vena cava to clear away turbid and expulsion of toxin and dredge the meridians to achieve the goal of toxin excretion.
