尿道下裂术后高压氧辅助治疗的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道下裂术后高压氧辅助治疗的效果及护理措施，提高护理质量。方法观察组及对照组各30例，两组患者术后均以抗感染、保留导尿等常规治疗；对照组在此基础上再以高压氧辅助治疗，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者的治愈率、疼痛程度、伤口愈合时间、住院天数等均有明显差异。结论高压氧对尿道下裂术后患者的治疗具有重要作用，精心全面的护理是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the effeets and nursing steps of hyperbaric oxygen therapy after the operation of hypospadias, so that to improve the nursing, Methods Observation group and control group, each composed of 30 patients, after the operation two groups are both given the common treatment （ anti - infective therapy urethral catheterization）, but the control group is given additional hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Observe these two group＇s treatment and nursing Results There are obvious differences between these two groups on the conditions, such as the cure rate, status of pain, healing time for the cut, and the length of stay in the hospital. Conclusion After the operation of hypospadias, the hyperbaric oxygen therapy is helpful for the healing and careful nursing guarantee the success of operation.
