循证护理在前列腺汽化电切术中的应用

摘　　要：探讨循证护理应用于前列腺汽化电切术中预防皮肤压疮、低体温、高频电刀损伤、深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的效果。有效的护理干预措施，能杜绝各种并发症的发生，提高手术室护理质量。Objective To explore the clinic effect on applying the evidence -based nursing to prevent the patients with the skin to pressure sore, the hypothermia, damage of the high frequency electricity knife, deep venous thromboembolism （DVT） by transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate （TUVRP） . Methods The application of evidence - based nursing in eight - six cases with BPH by TUVRP were analyze retrospectively. Results Only 1 case with DVT after operated and 1 case is burned by electricity. In 85 cases all of the patients are not complicated with pressure sore and the hypothermia. Conclusion The effective measure of nursing intervention, enable the nursing staff to have the profound understanding to each kind of complication prevention necessity, effectively ceased each kind of complication occurrence, improved the operating room nursing quality.
