早期胃肠喂养与抚触对极低出生体重儿体重的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨极低出生体重儿（VLBWI）早期胃肠喂养与抚触对其体重的影响。方法将新生儿监护病房（NICU）的64例患儿随机分为实验组与对照组各32例，对实验组32例VLBWI出生后6h开始胃肠喂养与抚触，对照组32例VLBWI出生后3d开始胃肠喂养与常规护理。结果实验组VLBWI出生后第1周体重比对照组增加，有显著性差异（P〈0．01），第2—4周实验组体重较对照组明显增加，有显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论合理早期的胃肠喂养与抚触，可以促进VLBWI体重增长，提高其生命质量。Objective Investigate the effect of earlier enteral feeding and Massage in very low bitthweight infants. Methods 64 VLBWI in the NICU were divided randomly into control group and experimental group. Compared with the control group which is in supply of conventional nursing and enteral feeding 3 days after birth, the experimental group is enteral feeding 6 hours aer birth with massage. Results There was a significant difference between two groups about the weight. Conclusion Earlier proper enteral feeding and massage can promote VLBWI＇s weight and it＇s quality of life.
