摘 要:目的调查研究在住院费用清单发放过程中,通过实施护理干预对住院患者满意度的影响。方法以实施护理干预发放费用清单为分界点,实施护理干预后作为实验组共231例,实施护理干预前作为对照组共225例,分别对两组患者的发放清单的疑问环节和住院满意度进行调查。结果实验组与对照组比较,实验组患者的住院满意度明显提高,对费用清单产生的疑问和护理人员解释清单的频率显著减少(2组均为P〈0.01)。结论通过对住院费用清单发放的护理干预能够提高医疗服务质量和患者满意度。Objective To investigate the role of nursing intervention on patient's satisfaction and comprehension with daily fee list. Methods 456 patients were grouped randomly into two groups, including experimental group (231 cases) and control group (225 cases) . Those in the experimental group experienced the nursing intervention when given hospital fees list while the control group was not. All patients underwent the test by questioning papers and the results of satisfaction and comprehension with the fee list were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the satisfaction degree in the experimental group increased significantly and the questions raised by patients about the fees and the frequency of explanation by nurses were reduced significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Nursing intervention after distributing hospital fees list can improve the quality of medical service and patients satisfaction.
