摘　　要：压力蒸气灭菌化学指示卡监测是常规使用的灭菌效果监测措施之一，但有其限局性，如指示卡安放位置或监测方法不正确，会产生假性结果，导致判断失误。作者对此进行了试验研究，结果表明：只有在工艺、化学、生物三种监测结果均合格时。In order to observe sterilization result,the chemical card was used routinely as indicator in pressure steam sterilization.But there is limitation to this method.If the card is put at a wrong site or the method you operated is incorrect,the consqaence of the indicator would be false and disturb your observation.Result from experiment indicated that when technical,chemical and biological tests meet the standard of sterilization,the result is reliable.
