糖尿病对雄性大鼠性功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠腹腔内注射STZ制造糖尿病(DM)动物模型.依据表现、尿糖、血糖及糖化血红蛋白综合诊断DM.观察Ⅰ组(6周)、Ⅱ组(8周)及Ⅲ组(12周)中DM组、NDM组(空白对照组)及STZ-NDM组(药物对照组)大鼠与雌性大鼠的交配情况.三组中DM组与NDM组或STZ-NDM组比,所有参数均有明显改变(P<0.01或P<0.05):爬高、插入及射精潜伏期明显延长;爬高及插入次数和命中率明显降低;爬高、插入及射精活动鼠数明显减少;而NDM组及STZ-NDM组相比无显著性差异.随DM病程延长,爬高、插入及射精潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05);爬高及插入次数明显减少(P<0.05);爬高及插入射精活动鼠数亦减少;Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组命中率相比无差异,而两组与Ⅲ组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论为DM严重影响性功能且与病程明显相关.Sprague - Dawley rat were injected intraperitonally with streptozotocin (STZ) to make ex-perimental model of diabetes mellitus(DM) ,and DM was diagnosed by clinical characteristics and the levels of urine glucose,blood glucose and HbAlc. Mating behaviors of male rats of DM group, control group (NDM) and STZ control group (STZ-NDM) with female rats were observed and noted on the sixth week ( I ),the eighth week (group Ⅱ ) and the twelfth week (group Ⅲ ). Compared with NDM or STZ -NDM group,DM adversely and significantly affect all parameters of sexual behavior (P<0. 01,P<0. 05):mount,intromission and ejaculation latency significantly prolonged, mount or intromission frequency and hit rate significantly decreased, the rat numbers of mount,intromission and ejaculation behaviors significantly decreased,but no significant difference between NDM and STZ - NDM groups. With increasing of DM duration,mount, intromission and ejaculation latency significantly prolonged(P<0. 05),mount and intromission frequency significantly decreased (P<0. 05), the rat numbers of mount intromission and ejaculation behaviors also decreased. Compared with group I and group ⅡC ,the hit rate of DM in group Ⅲ significantly decreased (P<0. 05),but no significant difference between group I and group Ⅱ . Conclusion:Male sexual function is affected heavily by DM and decreased significantly with increasing of DM duration.
