摘 要:铜丝绳在煤矿生产中的起着重要作用。针对钢丝绳的结构特点,研究分析了以漏磁检测原理为核心的钢丝绳断丝检测方法。为了提高检测信号分析精度和检测的可靠性,对采集到的断丝信号进行深入分析,采用小波分解、重构的方法来滤出高频低通等干扰信号,最终给出了监测信号频谱上断丝信号的定量识别方法。经反复实验,检测结果与实际情况基本一致,证明了该检测及分析方法的可行性。Steel wire rope play an important role irrcoal mine production .In view of the characteristics of steel wire rope, the detection method of broken wire in steel wire rope which takes the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection as a core is studied and analyzed. In order to improve the the accuracy of signal detection analysis and reliability of detection, the signals of broken wire collected are analyzed thoroughly, by using the wavelet decomposition, reconstruction method to filter out interfering signal such as high-frequency low-pass signal, the method of quantitative identifying the broken wire signal on spectrum is introduced finally. Through repeated experiments, the experiment results accord with the actual situation basically, which proves that the detection and analysis method is feasible.
