中国广东地区汉族人群补体C4单倍型分析

摘　　要：采用改良的国际补体参考实验室方法,检测广东地区汉族人群补体C4单倍型。在156条无关染色体中,共检出14种C4单倍型:A3B1频率最高(0.3269),A3B2(0.2436)和A4B2(0.1090)次之,以下依次为A4B1(0.0705);AQ0B2和AQ0B1(均为0.0641);A2B1(0.0321);A3BQ0(0.0256);A3B5和A3B4(均为0.0192);A5B4、AQ0B4、AQ0B96和AQ0BQ0频率最低(均为0.0064)。其中A4B2和A2B1呈正向连锁不平衡。将广东汉族与其它不同种族群体的数据进行比较,发现广东汉族C4单倍型分布具有明显特点。The complement C4 haplotypes of Han Nationality of Chinese in Guangdong area were detected with the methods adopted from the International Complement Reference Laboratory. 14 variants of C4 haplotypes were identified in 156 unrelated chromosomes. The haplotype frequency of A3B1 was found to be the highest (0. 3269), followed by A3B2 (0. 2436) and A4B2 (0.1090) The others in proper order were as follows: A4B1 (0. 0705) ; AQOB2 and AQOB1 (both 0. 0641); A2B1 (0. 0321); A3BQO (0. 0256); A3B5 and A3B4 (both 0. 0192) . A5B4, AQOB4, AQOB96 and AQOBQO were all with the lowest frequency of 0. 0064. Positive-linkage disequilibra were observed in A4B2 and A2B1. Our data were compared with those of other ethnic groups. It is discovered that the distribution of C4 haplotypes of Guangdong Han Nationality obviously has its own characteristics.
