摘  要:研究了噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)对草鱼池水质及细菌群落的影响。结果表明,噬菌蛭弧菌对养殖环境的主要水化指标具有明显的改善作用,试验组的平均COD、NH3-N、硫化物显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的DO显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而试验组与对照组的pH值差异不显著(P>0.05);池水细菌总数及致病菌的数量也随着噬菌蛭弧菌浓度的增加而发生几何级数减少。The effects of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus on the water quality and the bacterial population in the grass carp ponds were studied. The main water quality indexes of the ponds could be remarkably improved by use of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus. The COD, NH3 -N, sulphide in experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the control groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The DO in experimental groups were significantly higher than in the control groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in pH between the experimental and control groups (P 〉 0.05 ). The total number of bacteria and pathogenic bacteria in the tanks exhibited significant decreases as the concentration of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus increased.
