摘 要:在实验条件下,用水毒理学方法研究直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、高锰酸钾(KMnO4)对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性和联合毒性,并由此推断2者对水生生态系统的潜在危害。试验采用96h静水式实验法,急性毒性实验结果表明:LAS、KMnO4对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性顺序为KMnO4>LAS,LAS、KMnO4等2种实验试剂对黑斑蛙蝌蚪24h的LC50分别为11.6mg/L和3.67mg/L;48h的LC50分别为10.0mg/L和3.15mg/L;96h的LC50分别为8.57mg/L和2.17mg/L。联合毒性实验结果表明,LAS-KMnO4对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的联合毒性在24、48、96h的相加指数AI>0,均表现出协同作用。In this study, the acute and combined toxicities of alkylbenzene sulphonate (LAS) and potassium permanganate ( KMnO4 ) on Rana nigromaculata tadpoles were determined by an aquatic toxicity method to assess their toxic effects on aquatic animals and their potential hazards to aquatic ecosystem. The acute toxicity results in water for 96 hours showed that the toxicity of LAS and KMnO4 to tadpoles was KMnO4 〉 LAS. The LC50 at 24 h, 48 h and 96h for LAS were 11.6, 10.0, and 8.57 mg/L respectively, while the LCs0 of KMnO4 were 3.67, 3.15, and 2.17mg/L for the same time periods. The combined toxicity results showed that at 24 h, 48 h and 96 h AI 〉0, the joint toxicities of LAS and KMnO4 had a synergistic action. According to these results, the toxicity of noxious substances is generally based on the LC50 at 96 h.
