摘　　要：目的:探讨胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法:腰椎间盘突出症患者58例,采用胶原酶正中和旁路椎间盘外注射法,注入地塞米松5mg、曲安舒松50mg、维生素B_(12)1mg、胶原酶1200U/5ml,术后患侧持卧位或俯卧位。结果:用腰腿痛疗效标准测定改善率,其中优良率为51.4％,有效率为86.2％。结论:胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症侵入性小,化费少,疗效显著。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of chymopapain injection in the treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. METHODS:58 patients were included. The middle and paramiddle approaches to the intervertebral discs were chosen. Dexam-ethasone 5mg+triamcinolone acetonide acetate 50 mg+Vit. B12 1 mg and chymopapain 1200 U/5 were injected. Patients pursued pronation or lie on one side after the procedure. RESULTS:The rate of amelioration was assessed with the lumbago and scelalgia scale. 51. 4.%of the patients were scored as good. In all,86. 2% of the cases were scored as effective. CONCLUSION: Injection of chymopapain in treating prolapse of lumbar intervevertebral disc is less invasive, inexpensive and effective.
